HOTEL INFORMATION/RESERVATIONS
The Tropicana is the official hotel for the Seventh National Emergency Management Summit.
The special group rate for Summit Attendees is $69.00 single/double per night. Rates are subject to a 14% state tax and $10.00 resort fee per room, per night.
Group rates are valid October 6, 2013 through October 8, 2013. Additional dates are based on availability and will be charged the prevailing rate.

You may also make a reservation by calling Tropicana Reservations at 800-247-8767 and ask for "CODE HEMS - Emergency Management Summit" in order to receive the special group rate.
Reservations at the group rate will be accepted while rooms are available or until the cut-off date of Monday, September 16, 2013. After this, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate.
